-How do I book a session...?

-What if it rains on session day....?

In case of rain we will have a rain day scheduled (for limited mini sessions) and we will reschedule for the next available day for all other regular scheduled sessions.

-What to wear....?

Select clothes that you love and make you feel good about yourself. Clothing that is poppy, vibrant and fun photograph well. Jewel toned colors look well on most everyone choose colors that are intense...Purple Pinks Aqua Royal Olive Crimson...Those work well with a dark denim, which is very flattering and undated. Giving you a classic wall portrait. Also try charcoal gray, chocolate browns along with other neutrals. Avoid white it tends to blend and wash out, as does black...with black it usually loses its shape and texture in the editing process...so if you are OK with that then its fine to wear it..I just want to clarify before hand.

Avoid dressing your family in matching outfits. Instead try to unify the color by mixing the colors listed above in various ways, yet still giving you the coordinated feel. This makes for much more pleasing photographs.

Add visual interest by using patterns, layers, and textures...such as...cable knits, linen, denim, animal print, plaids. Remember you can always change an outfit up quickly by adding and removing layers. DON'T forget accessories as these are key...earrings, bangles, necklaces, scarfs, hats these all add wonderful detail and interest to any image.

Remember to try on every ones outfit the day before your session to in sure a proper fit. Clothes to big will appear baggy and saggy in your portraits, and clothes to small will bunch up. Everyone should be in clothes that look and feel good on the day of the shoot..we want to avoid the itchy clothes syndrome...lol.

-Can I bring a camera to my session...?

No, I prefer the attention focused solely on my camera to ensure you get all the best images possible.

-How many images will I get to choose from...?

Each session is different so numbers vary. Generally I try to give between 25-50 images. Keep in mind I only post the absolute best images so your selection will be a little easier on you.

-Can i use an image from my session for holiday/senior cards...?

Absolutely, you can order loose prints that can be added to several cards, these days. Or you may purchase a single image on disc along with a copyright release. If you choose to add a disc to your package, you will also receive a copyright release allowing you to print as you wish. I also offer Holiday/Senior Cards..don't forget to ask about those special packages.

-How do I View and Purchase my photos...?

1-2 weeks after your session you will receive an email notification letting you know your images are ready to view & purchase. We will then make an appointment for you to come in and make your selections. Payment is due in full the day of your viewing appt. You may pay by cash or check, we do not take credit cards at this time-we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We can also set up a payment plan, ask about that at your next session!

-When will my images be ready to bring home...?

Your images will be in 7-10 days after your viewing appt. You may pick them up or I can deliver them to you!
